Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PlanTrain, provided by Webbmi AB (Swedish Org. No. 559268-5993, VAT SE559268599301). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

The service

PlanTrain is a SaaS platform for SAFe PI Planning. Features and limits depend on your plan (Base, Pro, Business, Enterprise).

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account. Workspaces are scoped to a single organisation.

Free trial & billing

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, resell or use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or transmit malicious code. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Customer data

You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy.

Warranties & liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate immediately for material breach.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
