Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
PlanTrain does not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, or under similar US state privacy laws.
What this means
There is no "sale" or "sharing" of personal information to opt out of. Even so, you can submit a formal opt-out request below and we will record it on your account.
Submit a request
Email sales@plantrain.ai from the address associated with your PlanTrain account with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share". We respond within 15 business days.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for the device and browser used.
Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent to submit requests. We will require written permission and verification of your identity.
No discrimination
We will not deny service, charge different prices or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.
